Turbinio Terms of Use

Effective date: 22 September 2026.

These terms govern your use of Turbinio. They are written plainly on purpose: a document nobody reads protects nobody.

By using Turbinio you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Who we are

Turbinio is operated by Broutonlab Technologies, at Bar Rav David 30, Haifa 3559203, Israel ("Turbinio", "we", "us"). Website: turbinio.com. Contact: support@turbinio.com.

What Turbinio does

You record takes — short pieces of footage for each scene of your video. Turbinio assembles finished vertical videos from them, can add subtitles and a dubbed soundtrack in other languages, and — when you tell it to — publishes a finished video to your YouTube channel.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.

You must be at least 16 years old. Turbinio is not intended for children.

YouTube

By using Turbinio you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at YouTube Terms of Service. Turbinio uses YouTube API Services to publish to your channel, and everything you publish through us is subject to those terms as well as to the YouTube Community Guidelines.

Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You connect your channel yourself, and you can disconnect it at any time — either in the Publishing section of Turbinio, or through Google security settings, independently of us. After that we cannot reach your channel even if we wanted to.

We publish only what you tell us to publish, to the channel you chose, at the time you set, with the visibility you picked. We do not publish anything of our own to your channel, and we do not use your channel for anything else.

Your footage and your videos

Your footage stays yours. Uploading it to Turbinio does not transfer any rights in it to us. We use it for one thing: to do the work you asked for — assemble, subtitle, dub, publish — and to keep the service running for you.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, modify, transmit and publish that content only as needed to provide, secure and support Turbinio and fulfil your instructions. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backup copies and legal retention obligations.

You are responsible for what you upload and for what goes out to your channel. That means you must have the rights to the footage, the music and anything else in it, and the consent of the people who appear in it.

When you publish, you certify that the content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines. This is shown next to the publish button, and it is not a formality: your channel answers for what is on it.

What our machines write, and what you check

Turbinio proposes titles, descriptions and search phrases, recognises speech for subtitles and synthesises dubbed soundtracks. All of this is written by software, and software is wrong sometimes.

You have the final say. Nothing reaches your channel that you have not chosen: you pick the videos, edit the text, set the time and press publish. We suggest; you decide. Read what you are publishing before you publish it.

Where we dub a video into another language, the voice is synthesised. Videos published this way are marked on YouTube as containing altered or synthetic content, as YouTube's policies require.

Voice cloning

If you ask Turbinio to dub your videos in the voice of the person speaking, we create a voice model from their recorded speech. We do that only with that person's consent, recorded in the service, and only for your own videos. The consent record is kept for as long as the voice model exists. Delete the voice and the model goes with it.

What you may not do

• Publish through Turbinio anything you do not have the rights to.
• Use the service to break the law, or the rules of YouTube or any other platform we publish to.
• Impersonate another person, or clone a voice without that person's consent.
• Try to break, overload or circumvent the service, or reach other people's data in it.
• Resell access to the service, or use it to run someone else's channel without telling us.

If you do any of this we may suspend or close your account. Where the damage is not yet done and can be undone, we will tell you first.

Paid plans

Turbinio is currently provided without charge. No payment will be taken unless you are first shown and accept the applicable price, billing period, included features, cancellation terms and any refund rights required by law.

Third-party services

Turbinio depends on services including Clerk, Google/YouTube, AI and speech providers, hosting and storage. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to your direct relationship with them. We do not control their availability or independent decisions, including YouTube moderation, quota and channel action.

Availability

We keep the service running as well as we can, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Things break, and services we depend on — YouTube, speech synthesis, our hosting — break too.

Your assembled videos are a cache: they are rebuilt from your takes when needed, and may be removed to free space. Your takes are what we keep, and we back them up. Still, Turbinio is not an archive: keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We may change the service and these terms. Material changes will be shown inside the service or otherwise communicated before they take effect. Where the law requires affirmative consent, continued use alone will not replace it. The effective date is at the top.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: disconnect your channels and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it with everything in it, within seven days of your asking.

We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service altogether — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and time to take your footage with you.

Liability

We provide Turbinio as it is. We do not promise that a video it assembles will perform, that a title it proposes will be right, or that a translation will be faultless — these are suggestions from software, and you check them before they go out.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses: lost views, lost revenue, lost opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganisation or sale of the service, subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the law of Israel, and disputes are subject to the courts of Haifa, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights or a forum that cannot be excluded.
